Learning Vedic Meditation is as simple as practicing it.

During this 30-minute, no-commitment call, all details about the course, technique, and its benefits will be covered. This is an opportunity for you to ask anything before making the decision to take the course.

Attend the 4-session course

The in-person course consists of four 90-minute sessions held over consecutive days. By the end of the course, you'll be a completely self-sufficient meditator and begin to experience its benefits right away.

Lifetime of support

Enjoy a lifetime membership
to join weekly group meetings, which include group meditation and Vedic knowledge. You'll also gain access to retreats and advanced courses from me and any Vedic Meditation teacher around the world.
