What is
Vedic Meditation?

Vedic Meditation comes from the Vedas, an ancient body of knowledge that dates back over 5,000 years. The Vedas are the source of all Indian philosophy, yoga, meditation and Ayurveda.

During Vedic Meditation w
e sit comfortably with our eyes closed and silently repeat the personalized mantra we received on the first day of the course. This mantra effortlessly takes us to the most subtle and quiet levels of the mind,
allowing us to experience the deepest rest - up to 5 times deeper than sleep. In this blissful state, we begin to naturally release all accumulated stress.

How is it different from other meditation techniques?

Vedic Meditation is known around the world for being easy to learn and practice. Unlike other meditation techniques, we don't try to empty the mind or control our thoughts and we don't spend hours in uncomfortable positions. This is not a technique for monks in secluded mountains; it's for people leading busy lives, with families, work and regular demands of the modern world.

Vedic Meditation is the simplest, most natural, and effortless meditation technique that will allow you to experience life at its fullest most blissful potential.
